Any questions regarding the submission of manuscripts, Journal & review process and manuscript submittal can be directed by email to the editor of the Journal Dr Sharon Brooks (slbrooks@umich.edu).

ATTENTION:

Some of you might have noticed that the DMFR website, which was used for uploading manuscripts and reviews, is not functioning right now. Unfortunately, there was a major hard drive failure on the server in Florida. We have purchased a new computer and are just waiting to get the Linux operating system loaded so everything can be put back onit. The machine will physically be at the University of Michigan, which will entail a new address for the site.

Please accept our apologies. Meanwhile, if you have new manuscripts or reviews to submit, first try the website. If it is not up, please send them to me as email attachments. Once we are back on line, we will assign a tracking number to the manuscript so you will be able to view its progress during the review process.
