As the President Elect, I am delighted for being responsible for the next 4 issues of the Newsletter of our Association. The Newsletter will be published on a 6 monthly basis. The purpose of the Newsletter is primarily to keep members up to date regarding the activities of the Association as well as other important developments related to Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology around the world. I would also like to invite members to report any important issues, Congresses etc. which may be of interest to our members.
Finally I would like to wish our President Edimar Costa a very happy and prosperous term as President and wish his Organizing Committee everything of the best for the 14th Congress which will take place in Florianópolis, Brazil in 2003.
